What requirements do I have to meet as a tenant?
We only rent for people who have an employment contract or admission to study in Switzerland.

Can I register at the personnel registration office with the address of my room?
Yes, you can register at this address. We will be happy to help you with the formalities.

When can I move into the room and how long can I stay?
You can move in immediately. The minimum rental period is one month, with a notice period of two weeks to the end of the month.

What rent should I expect?
Our rooms cost between 1,400 and 1,600 francs per month.

What is included in the rent?
The rent includes all housing costs:

Do I have to pay a rental deposit?
A rental deposit is not necessary with us.

I just moved to Zurich and Interim Homes was the perfect place to get started and to get to know the city. The apartment offers all you need and is close to a train and tram station. Also, it's very close to the lake and there are plenty of supermarkets within waling a distance.

Well located building, just above a tram stop, makes it easy to move around the city. The spatious room is well lit and the multiple windows can also allow to ger fresh air easily.
